To support our growth, Swyftx is searching for a Candidate Manager that is passionate about creating an amazing candidate experience and is excited at the prospect of being part of a fast-paced environment and dedicated team as we continue to expand across the globe.

About the opportunity

In this newly created position, you will be part of the People and Culture Team, assisting our Talent Acquisition function to provide the best candidate experience possible through a variety of tasks. This is a dynamic role which would suit someone who has strong interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to working and a solid organisational mindset. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us as we support your personal and professional growth.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with getting roles out to market by drafting and creating roles in our ATS and LinkedIn
  • Book interviews across a variety of different hiring managers and teams
  • Build relationships with candidates going through the interview process and assist with sending out cognitive and personality testing to candidates
  • Ensure all potential new hires meet our requirements by assisting with pre-employment checks such as references and police checks
  • Supporting with employer branding and attending meetup or sponsorship events
  • Help nurture and develop our future talent pipelines by managing our talent pools and expressions of interest

About you

  • Recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment across any industry
  • A people person, with a can-do attitude and well-developed communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • A problem solver with a high attention to detail who can work well autonomously and across teams
  • Reliable, adaptable and creative with a keen interest in recruitment
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with clear objectives
