We are responsible for launching one of the most successful blockchain Trading Card Games, Gods Unchained, and our soon to launch Mobile RPG, Guild of Guardians.

Due to exciting growth, we are now recruiting a Chief of Staff for our Co-Founder/President to be the right-hand person of Robbie Ferguson, helping to scale and ensure the success of business goals. As Chief of Staff, you will have a seat at the executive table with visibility over key decisions made by the company and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of Immutable.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Help establish new functions or hires relating to Robbie; in particular, maximising spokesperson, investor and high-level customer success
  • Lead external meeting effectiveness: attend meetings, determine and follow-up on next actions, write key strategy inputs & own success of relationships(GTM: attend meetings with key potential customers or partners, track next actions and write any required strategy inputs/Investors and personal relationships: communicate with & manage, helping to extract maximum value -- e.g. spokesperson opportunities, hiring referrals)
  • Help drive spokesperson success. Design decks and pitches I will use to pitch to key customers, partners, panels etc.
  • Take opportunities and create structured frameworks, hiring scorecards, or commercial recommendations
  • Interface with C-suite of some of the largest companies in the world; drive projects forward autonomously and work with internal leaders
  • We would love you to have:

  • 5 years of work experience with high growth / fast career progression at a high performing consulting firm, professional services or startup
  • Experienced enough for opinion to be respected by senior executives - capable of influencing key decisions
  • The ability to establish strong, trusted relationships across the executive team and external relations  (e.g .can be trusted to email all high-level crypto relationships on my behalf to wrangle them to provide more value)
  • Strong capability to understand and craft messaging for audiences
  • Strong attention to detail while juggling many projects
  • Proactive, and exceptional ownership: takes project and delivers end-to-end

    Unique blockchain assets (“NFTs”) are experiencing a massive surge in popularity. These unique assets allow people to own anything from in-game items to digital art, to music, and financial instruments. However, they are highly illiquid: transactions take minutes or hours to confirm, and Ethereum can process fewer than 5 NFTs per second for the whole world combined. 

    To solve this problem for ourselves and for others, we have built Immutable X, a next-generation protocol for trading blockchain assets with instant trade confirmation, massive scalability, and no gas fees without compromising user custody. The goal of Immutable X is to help businesses scale their creation and trading of these unique assets (“NFTs”). 

    Immutable also build two of the most successful NFT-based games, Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians, who serve as initial customers for our platform products.
