Our engineering team needs someone who is a leader who inspires the team to grow and improve. While re-architecting the code/system for scale and performance, we also need to deliver incremental customer & business value quickly in order to maintain our status as a market-leader with a best-of-breed product.
You will be able to hire talent that can technically coach/support the engineers and work in close partnership with your peers in Product, to create an Engineering-Product-Design trio.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will collaboratively contribute to strategy sessions, OKRs, managing people and maintaining your P&L/OpEx.
