About your role
Reporting to our CEO and Co-founder, as Lead Radiologist you will play a vital role in contributing to the development and management of projects between our Vietnamese and Australian operations. Your focus will be to deliver high-quality training on labelling of radiological studies to Vietnamese radiologists, providing feedback to help improve performance, as well as supervising studies in radiological artificial intelligence in Vietnam and working closely Australian research peers on joint research projects.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the development of detailed execution plans of projects and delivering them to Vietnamese staff;
  • Take responsibility for managing day-to-day project execution, in collaboration with Australian staff;
  • Assess qualifications and skills of candidates during recruitment in accordance with all applicable regulations/legislation;
  • Make recommendations to CEO regarding ways of improving techniques, evaluation methods and quality control;
  • Contribute to the preparation of test questions, supervising the conduct of screening tests for radiologists;
  • Deliver high-quality training on labelling of radiological studies to Vietnamese radiologists;
  • Act as a clinical advisor to ensure radiologists’ compliance with quality standards of production across projects; 
  • Provide feedback to and supporting radiologists to improve their performance and productivity;
  • Work with Australian research colleagues in the development of joint research projects;
  • Supervise the conduct of studies in radiological artificial intelligence in Vietnam;
  • Coordinate ethical approval applications and compliance documents to the local ethics research committee;
  • Contribute to the analysis of research results;
  • Review research papers for publication and presentation at conferences and workshops; and
  • Present research data at conferences and workshops, where appropriate.
  • What will help you succeed:

  • Extensive experience working as a Lead Radiologist;
  • Strong experience working in AI medical imaging;
  • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English; and
  • Highly developed leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
