Customer Success Manager is responsible for leading a team of ‘specialised’ Account Managers cross our Eftpos, eCommerce, Banking and Health product suite. The team is responsible for managing all existing customers, working with these customers to grow their businesses, educate them about the Tyro product suite and work closely with the New Business Sales teams to seamlessly on-board new customers into their portfolio’s. Delivering an outstanding experience to our merchants is a key differentiator for Tyro and critical to our future success. This role will be the caretaker, ensuring our account management and service experience is outstanding while ensuring we are focussed on risk, compliance and establishing a great environment for our people to thrive. This role is also responsible for achieving 100% of Tyro’s lending growth targets, 20-30% of Eftpos targets and 60-70% of eComm targets.
