We're looking for driven and well-organised Payroll Trainer’s to join our Implementations team. Day-to-day you'll be an influencer, presenter and trainer for all things Payroll. Your number one focus is to ensure that Employment Hero customers, partners and internal stakeholders have the knowledge and skills they need, to proficiently operate and administer our Payroll software, including ensuring they have excellent learning experiences and as a result - they're highly satisfied with Employment Hero products.

You will work closely with our Implementation Project Managers, our product team, the support team and our HR Education Managers, with the opportunity to learn and grow within our start-up culture.


  • Design, develop, deliver and support workshop content to multiple clients on Payroll implementations and platform adoption based on Payroll best practice
  • Be an influencer, presenter, trainer, problem solver for all things Payroll and educate clients on best practices within Payroll!
  • Design the customer experience for various customer segments to successfully implement and drive adoption of the EH product
  • Monitor Payroll industry trends to develop relevant content and work closely with the product and marketing teams to assist with product development and product marketing
  • Respond to customer queries and provide technical support during the implementation process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement strategies on the way we implement clients and drive customer adoption of best payroll practices using our platform
  • Creation and maintenance of learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years Payroll experience, both client facing and processing.
  • Problem solver and easily adapts to changing priorities
  • Desirable but not essential, experience delivering webinars
  • An interest or passion for wanting to educate or train others.
