About the role:

Joining the award wining P&C team, you will proactively partner with the business and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talent who align with our company values and strageies.

How you will add value:

  • Providing support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and the hipages processes to ensure consistency and high-performance levels are maintained.
  • Develop strong relationships with all of your stakeholders to understand their work focus, as well as the culture and personalities of the teams.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 
  • Negotiation of offers of employment, conducting background checks and ensuring a successful on-boarding experience.
  • Attend stand-ups to ensure that stakeholders are kept informed
  • Suggest improvement on our recruitment process to ensure efficiency happens regularly. 

About you:

  • 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment 
  • Experience recruiting a range of positions, at all levels junior through to Senior Management. You would ideally have a solid network and reputation in this space.
  • Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)  and different technologies for recruitment
  • Superior reputation in candidate experience and a solid track record of successful hires who fit for long term company success.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, etc
