Why are we hiring this role?

As we continue to grow our sales efforts, we are looking to bring on a Sales Enablement Manager to enable our account executives with training, processes, practices and tools to support them throughout the buyer journey. We are looking for a driven individual with proven skills in establishing a sales enablement function to support a rapidly scaling sales organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Enablement Professional to make a significant impact on our growing organisation by building our Sales Enablement function. 

What will you accomplish?

  • Build, implement and iterate on a sales enablement framework for training new hires and continuous learning for the sales team 
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify, create and deliver sales enablement content
  • Work hand in hand with the product team to identify what is being developed, who to position new features for and how to sell them
  • Partner with marketing to develop and maintain sales enablement content inline with the UpGuard’s strategies
  • You will be expected to create content yourself, project manage content creation with key stakeholders and deliver it
  • Deeply understand the competitive landscape and how UpGuard can tactically and strategically position our value proposition in new/existing markets either by segment and/or industry during the sales cycle
  • Measure and report on the business impact of sales enablement activities
  • Identify gaps and areas of opportunity to improve sales efficiency and scalability
  • Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
  • Be the champion for our prospects buyer journey ensuring we deliver value throughout touchpoints in the sales cycle
  • What do we need from you?

  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Product Marketing, ideally with strong sales enablement experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding of various sales frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC and Miller Heiman
  • Exceptionally organised and detailed operator with empathy for the customer buying journey 
  • Deep understanding of mid-market & enterprise sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration with the ability to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects at once
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a knack for figuring things out and high attention to detail
  • Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
  • High energy and a strong intrinsic desire to learn
