What’s the opportunity? 

Tyro are looking for a dynamic Partnership Marketing Manager to join our growth team on a 12 month contract to drive innovative marketing initiatives, strengthen partner relationships, and enhance our brand presence. The Partnership Marketing Manager will oversee projects from start to finish and collaborate closely with various teams across the business to achieve strategic goals.  

Key responsibilities include;

  • Work closely with the Commercial Partnerships team to achieve and exceed Tyro’s partner targets, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships that drive business growth. 
  • Design and refine tailored marketing campaigns for Tyro’s partners ensuring each initiative aligns with our strategic goals and maximises impact. 
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, managing all phases from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Implement a wide range of innovative marketing strategies and techniques, to effectively reach and engage our target audiences. 
  • Equip stakeholders with essential sales collateral, comprehensive training, and effective tools, empowering them to represent Tyro confidently and competently. 
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partner campaigns, providing regular and insightful reports on key metrics to inform future strategies and improve outcomes. 
  • Strengthen partner advocacy and experience by building robust relationships with existing partners, and adding significant value to new partnerships through joint initiatives, go-to-market launch plans, and value exchange programs. 
  • What you will bring:

  • Extensive commercial marketing experience, ideally within the financial services industry.  
  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies tailored for an intermediary sales/ partnership environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the nuances and dynamics of such settings. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in forward planning, adept at anticipating future trends and needs to develop proactive marketing strategies.  
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
