Kasada can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Kasadians can choose to work remotely, return to an office or work hybrid, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually.

We’re helping humans take control back, and we’re on the lookout for a P&C Advisor. This role will support the creation and implementation of AMAZING people, culture and wellbeing initiatives to support our teams, improve organisational capability, and ensure high levels of engagement in our very unique Kasada culture.

The P&C Advisor role is a generalist position reporting to the Head of People & Culture. This position will bring heaps of knowledge, compassion and a people first attitude to enable a fun, empathy led, super smart business to grow across all areas of the employee lifecycle and help support the delivery of Kasada goals. What you will bring...

  • 2+ years of P&C experience.
  • P&C certificate/degree an advantage but not a deal breaker.
  • What you will do...

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to continue building out an engaging and resourceful onboarding experience that enables people’s success from the get go.
  • Ensure up to date, inclusive and well communicated policies and procedures including local handbooks, OH&S and remuneration.
  • Be our HRIS guru and guardian on all things BambooHR and Kasadian insights.
  • Activate real change from your deep understanding of our people.
  • Identify coaching opportunities and coach People Leaders ahead of important conversations to enable appropriate support and solutions. E.g. managing performance, career conversations, parental leave.
  • Manage administration and record keeping for all people related documentation and activity.
  • Support hiring administration and scheduling.
  • Be a champion of our culture through role modelling values and supporting the creation, implementation and delivery of people initiatives such as wellbeing, EAP, performance, employee insights survey’s, reward & recognition, diversity & inclusion and benefits.
  • Help drive the execution of learning and development that builds the internal capability of Kasada and grows careers in line with motivations.
  • Support the roll out of people technology platforms, specifically across performance and learning to enable and grow our teams.
  • Partner on all employee relations activities to ensure where possible a win win outcome, best practice and a positive experience.
  • Be the initial go to person for any Kasadian who has P&C related questions.
