We have a remote-first culture and this position can be based anywhere from Australia or New Zealand. This role can be fully remote or a hybrid if you are in Melbourne. We encourage you to work in the way that best suits you

How you can help make a better world of work

We are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant with experience providing support at executive management level. You will be relied upon to know her schedule, help plan her days, work with her to coordinate her plans. 

As the EA, you will be 

  • Providing proactive and efficient administrative support 
  • Extensive diary management with the ability to plan forward
  • Inbox management - monitor emails & prepare responses
  • Travel coordination, arranging appointments and other logistics
  • Preparation, editing and formatting of correspondence and reports.
  • Providing ad-hoc admin support to the wider team. 

You have 

  • Previous experience as an EA, supporting the senior executive management
  • Proficiency working within GSuite and Office 365. 
  • Strong communication, writing and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
