Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation and marketing activities of a cloud based software service to accountants, bookkeepers and direct to business owners.

This is a junior role with the possibility of growth based on success in a rapidly growing market.

You will be responsible for lead generation campaigns, marketing activities, and lead qualification tasks to support the Sales and Marketing teams. You will generate new leads based on your research, input from others, and through consultative conversations.

This is a reasonably autonomous role where you will be provided with the necessary tools of the trade, training in Adelaide, and support of the Link4 team. It is a post-covid mix between remote and office based activities.

  • Follow up on a high volume of new leads in a rapid manner to qualify those that should go to Business Development Executives
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with our customers
  • Work with customers to build out their current network
  • Demonstrate an ability to engage with and attract new customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Evangelize the adoption of e-Invoicing with Link4 within Australian businesses
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Customer Success to create the best customer experience
  • Engage in team development and mentoring
  • Minimum of 1+ year post-grad work experience
  • Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • Be highly organized and autonomous
  • Be comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization
  • Exhibit entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities
  • Demonstrate a consultative mentality with supportive overtones
  • Express passion about cloud solutions and working with startup companies
