The role:

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be part of our company of talented people who are passionate about using low carbon technologies, to perform production, desktop and software operations activities.


  • Desktop and Cloud Support. Manage hardware and software in a Office 365, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint in a Windows environment.
  • Production Support. Use fleet management tools to assist Customer Service for installation and upgrading of software on IoT devices
  • Development. Package software and possible minor bug fixes.
  • System Administration. Manage software licenses, inventory and asset management.


  • Experience with Office365 administration
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including good written and verbal communication skills to provide a high standard of customer service
  • Proven organisational skills, ability to create and follow documented processes, and to prioritise competing demands to meet agreed on service standards
  • Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills
