Working to support the Sales team at Australia's biggest FinTech! Assist our growing base of new customers throughout our application journey from submission of their application through to receipt of their new merchant facilities and setup.
Be a part of a rapidly developing Sales team, guiding our new customers through our application process and documentation, whilst maintaining a great customer experience and ensuring that the customer's journey signing up to Tyro is one to rave about!

45% admin 45% customer service and 10% sales 
Commission up to 60%.

What you'll be doing...

  • Support our new customers and Sales people by processing new applications – ensuring Tyro has all supporting documentation and completed forms.
  • Communicate and liaise with customers whilst maintaining a high standard of service throughout on-boarding.
  • Cross-sell and educate customers on Tyro’s additional features of value relevant to them (that may or may not have been fully articulated/understood throughout the sales process).
  • Responsible for managing the relationship with new customers post-sale from submission of their application until customer is setup with our services and transacting.
  • Work with our internal Customer Support and Partnerships teams as required to ensure set-up and installation is coordinated as smoothly as possible.
  • Once customer is set up and happy with our service execute a handover to our internal Account Management or Customer Support team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPI’s and scorecard metrics, demonstrating consistent and sustained performance.
  • Actively participate in ongoing development and improvement projects/processes.
  • What you will bring to the team...

  • Proven customer service experience and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Some sales experience or exposure to a sales environment, preferably within a consultative selling model desirable
  • Be highly organised, administrative skills would be desirable
  • Be results driven and have demonstrated business acumen with a view to providing the best possible results for the company as well as adding value to the customers' business.
  • Some knowledge of merchant facilities or a background is banking desirable
  • Great attention to detail.
