Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.
Here at Atlassian we're growing our Australian footprint. We are looking for a Principal Recruiter to join our Sydney Talent Acquisition (TA) team and be part of the journey!
In this role, you'll use your detective skills to find the best and brightest technical and non-technical talent in the world. You'll match future Atlassian's to their dream job and provide a legendary candidate experience that people share.
You'll have responsibility for all parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding hiring manager relationships. You thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and enjoy sourcing, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market. You are someone who isn't happy doing things the way they've always been done, but instead promotes innovation, and uses experience to produce results.
More about our team

You will spend time with a diverse group of people who are just as motivated, hardworking, and creative as you are.
