Showpo is an Australian owned, social media led e-commerce brand, redefining fashion retail for the next generation.

As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all promotional activity, website content, and product launches are executed in an efficient manner. This role is highly cross-collaborative and requires strategic & analytical skills in order to drive website conversion & optimise user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all promotional website activity, from briefings with company stakeholders and project management of tasks, to the technical implementation and optimisation of campaigns from a user perspective
  • Facilitate the weekly updating of website content, including homepage banners, main navigation imagery & app tiles
  • Utilise SEO & UX strategies to optimise our information architecture, and ensure navigational links & html are routinely assessed & updated
  • Coordinate the daily upload of new products to the website, ensuring product selection is based on seasonality and range cohesion, and the visual merchandising of What’s New is successfully implemented in Salesforce
  • Liaise with the Marketing & Product teams to manage the launch of new campaign collections to the website, including confirmation that all products are shot & ready, creation & maintenance of edits, and completion of QC checks on go-live
  • Manage Copywriting Team, ensuring all products that go live are SEO optimised & have consistent TOV, and all website category & content page copy adheres to brand guidelines
  • Work with the Product & management team to report & troubleshoot website anomalies, and ensure the website is generally in an optimal state
  • Build and maintain cross-department communication in order to ensure information is pro-actively procured and workflow is sustainable through periods of change, launch and complication
  • Experience & Qualities We Look For:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role within eCommerce
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • Understanding of digital content and optimisation of content eg. web traffic, SEO, Google analytics
  • General understanding of garment fit and fabrication
  • Competency in writing informative & SEO optimised fashion product descriptions
  • Salesforce experience (or similar E-commerce platform)
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously and unsupervised
