An opportunity has arisen for a hands-on and driven Web Developer to join our Website team. As a web developer working in the website team, you’ll be implementing marketing strategic initiatives across SafetyCulture’s suite of websites.

Working closely with our Website and Acquisition team, you will help develop delightful web experiences that help convert prospects into customers.

About you:

  • You have demonstrable experience developing web applications
  • You have a solid understanding of headless CMS architecture, and have experience building with Content Management Systems
  • Experience in building for Wordpress or Contentful is desired but not essential
  • Proficiency in HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript (React), CSS
  • Experience with NextJS is preferred
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services
  • GraphQL is desired but not essential
  • You have a good working knowledge of UI, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
  • Experience developing to SEO best-practice
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools (GIT)Good communication skills
  • A willingness to learn new technologies

  • Delivering cross-browser, optimised and responsive code
  • Producing clean, maintainable and scalable code
  • Implementing best implementation coding practices across web projects
