Your domain

As Talent Advisor, you’ll drive talent acquisition in Melbourne, ensuring our Employer Value Proposition is clearly communicated, and providing an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. When not focused on talent acquisition you’ll support a positive employee experience by proactively supporting ad hoc talent related projects.

What you’ll nail

  • Deliver a timely, quality talent sourcing and acquisition process in Melbourne to support our growth goals.
  • Continuously review current practice and look for ways to improve the candidate and hiring team experience leveraging technology.
  • Support Buildxact’s employment brand and employer value proposition in the Australian market, helping to solidify Buildxact as an employer of choice.
  • Deliver end to end talent acquisition activities including market mapping, strategic sourcing/prospecting, advertising, reviewing, screening, interviewing, facilitating candidate selection, providing feedback, and onboarding new team members.
  • Provide insights to People Leaders and hiring teams on metrics that support workforce planning including lead times, quality of source etc and keep abreast of potential attrition and upcoming roles in order to talent pool accordingly.
  • Collaborate on People Experience initiatives to ensure they are relatable, relevant, and scalable globally.
