We have a new role for a creative and innovative Senior Designer & Brand Manager on our marketing team. We’d love to find someone who can help us envision and capture a completely new category in eCommerce technology. You should be a natural storyteller who uses intuitive design to bring ideas to life across marketing channels in the enterprise B2B SaaS space.

The role:

  • Help make us beautiful everywhere: website, infographics, event marketing, short-form content, sales collateral, case studies, emails, and ads
  • Conceptualise and implement designs that are informative and impactful to support client understanding and desire for our products
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms so that we have one cogent look and feel
  • Demonstrate skills in design, composition, animation, and video as it pertains to the digital media and B2B marketing landscape
  • You must be excited to conceptualise and develop most designs in-house to keep us unique
  • Help manage the design aspect of projects and diligently maintain our visual asset library
  • Quickly ramp up on our unique product offering so that you can help us be “category creators”

  • Readily coordinate input from key internal stakeholders, including content marketer/writers, demand gen marketers, sales team, and the product team

You’re perfect for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years proven experience working in a similar role (including agency, in-house, or ideally both)
  • A proven ability to produce impressive creative work and a passion for all details of brand aesthetics
  • Experience in branding and creating a brand book
  • Ability to create and manage processes to ensure brand visual consistency on all collateral, platforms and mediums of communication
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of common design, collateral, prototyping, and video platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, Figma or other similar tools to support quick, high-quality production
  • A natural desire to get things done: what you can conceptualise, you can also personally create
  • An Innate love of collaborative brainstorming and feedback to improve output; a focus on collective success
  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic and agile scale-up environment
  • A natural interest and passion for learning, or even creating, new design trends and techniques
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of compelling work in similar roles
  • Self-driven, persistent, proactive, systematic, well-organized, natural problem solver and rigorous about details
  • Has a “can-do”, client, and team-oriented mindset!
  • Nice to have: HTML/CSS knowledge, understanding of WordPress and Elementor website health
  • Nice to have: Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub (or similar platform)
