Our global software security business is growing rapidly, and we are looking to hire a Digital Customer Success Program Manager. 

The Digital Success Manager at Secure Code Warrior will take our digital customers from ordinary to extraordinary through a repeatable omni-channel success journey that guides, coaches and nurtures their organisation to maximum engagement and adoption, which results in best in class cyber security practices.

What you'll do:

  • You’re an advocate for Secure Code Warrior, you understand the value we bring to customers and jump up and down and ensure customers are well aware of the impact we have on their organisations.
  • You can design an omni-channel customer journey for our digital customers to drive adoption, retention and advocacy.
  • You are data driven and use insights to continuously improve and iterate.
  • You are able to identify customers who are at risk through data, get them back on track and then take that lesson to repeat with other customers. 
  • You are looking at gold star customers, learning what they are doing and implementing lessons for the rest of our book of business.
  • Voice of the customer, you bring back the good, the bad, and the ugly, you work closely alongside the rest of the business to ensure the customer’s voice is being heard. 
  • What you'll need to succeed:

  • Let’s face it, you’re going to be talking to people all day everyday, so it’d be safe to call you a people person right? That means you’ve got great stakeholder management, you can work across multiple teams and last but not least you’re resourceful, so if there isn’t an immediate solution, it’s safe to say you will come up with one real quick.  
  • This isn’t your first rodeo, in fact you're in scaling digital customers at B2B SaaS companies and taking them through memorable CS journeys.
  • You’ve got a loud voice, CS is the voice of the customer, you will work closely alongside our product and engineering teams and present data backed trends that will help refine, improve and streamline products processes and improvements.
  • You realise that CS is a critical revenue function and along with value comes price, you have no issues presenting solutions and value to customers at scale, you have a knack for uncovering new opportunities and holding yourself accountable to churn, Cross sell rates and ARR numbers.
  • You have worked in a 1:many approach before when managing customers, you are comfortable managing a large volume of customers while developing and improving a repeatable process.
