We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the billions of people in need. We love doing good, and we happen to be exceptionally good at it too! To date, we’ve donated over $10 million AUD (roughly $7.4 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe.
Our team is made up of over 120 amazing people in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US and Europe working hard to reach our ambitious goal to have the greatest impact possible – for people and the planet. How ambitious you ask? Well, it involves increasing our annual donation 10-fold in the next couple of years to get closer to our mission – toilets and clean water for all!
A bit about the role
Our creative team makes toilet paper fun. And when it comes to finding and managing the best external partners and vendors to bring their ideas to life in print and digital form, they need the expertise and organisational know-how of a specialist to get the job done. As our new Print & Digital Producer, Creative, you are responsible for the delivery of the best outcomes of our creative output. You know where to source quality local vendors to print low-quantity projects like postcards, OOH advertising and limited edition packaging. You also know how to negotiate prices, finalize contracts, and book freelance talent like digital ad developers, photographers, and limited edition artists when capacity concerns arise or when a speciality need is identified for short term projects. You will oversee photo shoots and you may also handle the occasional radio or video production support request.
Reporting to the Creative Operations Lead and working closely with Creative, Growth, People & Culture and Legal teams, you will raise the bar when it comes to executing all things print and digital production flawlessly from concept to final deliverables, while ensuring that the work is done on budget and on time.
You’ll also own our Freelance Friends library, keeping a pulse on our project roadmap or working with our Creative Operations Lead to identify when we need to add external support to the team. You will foster an international community of freelancers and once they have been engaged, you will set them up with a seamless onboarding process.
Our Creative Team spans across the US and Australia and we’re open to amazing candidates from anywhere in these two hubs. We’re not immune to the effects of challenging time zones but we look to solve this by committing to 4 hours per day of collaboration time which sees our US team aligning to PST afternoons and our Australian team diving into some earlier mornings.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:
- Outreached to a variety of artists for our next limited edition and discussed scope, licensing, costs, timeline and contracts
- Provided estimates for freelance costs and print projects and input them into our creative production budget. You also added actuals once a project has wrapped.
- Worked with a print vendor in each GEO to get a small quantity run of a gift box project printed
- Partnered with our People & Culture team to build out our Freelance Friends network and get all contracts in order for incoming freelance and production partners
- Collaborated with a project manager and designer on timings and a shot list for an upcoming photoshoot
- Added a variety of freelancers to our Freelance Friend roster and locked in a few to work on some upcoming projects that require specialties or support because team bandwidth is limited
- Built an onboarding program for our long-term freelance friends so they can get up-to-speed on our brand and the project ask as quickly as possible
- Made it all the way to the showcase in our team’s Zoom game of The Price is Right!

You are always on top of your projects, down to the smallest details. You have a proven & successful print & digital production track record at a CPG or advertising company, thrive in a cross-functional environment, and think a dozen steps ahead. You take proactive ownership of projects and hit the ground running. You realistically know what it takes to get a project completed, and use that magic to keep us all on track.
Communication is your superpower
You know how important it is to keep everyone on your team motivated and in the loop and you lean on your expert communication skills to build strong collaborative relationships not only within your team but also with a variety of external production partners and freelancers. You speak CMYK, aspect ratios and pixels. You remain calm under pressure and know how to negotiate for the best outcomes.
You have a keen eye for detail
You have a natural sense of ownership and commitment to the calibre of work that you produce. You ensure the content that is going out to the world is on-brand and aligns with the project-ask. You can spot when something isn’t right and get it sorted unprompted.
