About the Role
Fixed Term - 12 month Contract
As Xero’s next Talent Experience Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Xero delivers on its hiring objectives in the region. In addition to nurturing and developing a growing Talent Experience team based in Melbourne and Singapore, you will play a central role on our global TX Leadership team and contribute to the evolution of the function in building and driving world class talent acquisition strategies and practices.
You will achieve this through
People Leadership: Engaging, leading, coaching, and developing the AU & Asia Talent Experience team to ensure the delivery of not only great hiring outcomes but also a great employee experience helping grow and nurture the individuals in the team.
Strategic Talent Leadership: Actively contribute as a member of the Talent Experience Leadership Team to ensure we have prioritisation and consistency across the globe.
Stakeholder Management: Educating, advising and supporting a variety of stakeholder groups. Including but not limited to Talent Operations, People Experience, Finance and of course our community of people leaders across the business.
Brand ambassadorship: Be a brand ambassador for Xero, articulate our story, represent us and identify employer branding opportunities both internally and externally
Candidate Experience: Work closely with the talent team to ensure all candidates receive best-in-class candidate experience, while utilising feedback survey outcomes and data insights to identify improvement opportunities.
The Evolution of TX at Xero: participate in global projects and assist in the continued growth of the Talent team globally.
