The Opportunity at Culture Amp

You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Account Payable guru to join us in our mission to make as many culture-first companies possible through accessible people analytics. 

As one of the members of this business-critical team, you will:

  • Manage the regular P2P cycle processes; data entry of invoices, procurement of approval, weekly payment runs, supplier & internal P2P queries etc.
  • Be responsible for administering the Corporate Credit Cards and ensuring card holders meet their obligations to reconcile on a timely basis
  • Process employee expense reimbursements
  • Assist with balance sheet and bank reconciliations including journal entries and fixed assets
  • Assist in the on-going implementation of automated processes and reporting

What You Bring to Our Camp

  • Strong experience with end to end Accounts Payable who can hit the ground running
  • Exceptional reconciliation skills with a great eye for details, able to identify errors and self-correct
  • You are friendly, confident and able to communicate clearly
  • Organised & able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Naturally curious & willing to challenge processes
  • Enjoy working in a team environment but also have the ability to work independently
