Funny name, serious business

We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (over $12.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good. 

With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

We're on the lookout for a General Manager to come and join the fold, taking the reins and leading our AU region. This is a newly created role, and we need someone who’s ready to own the market, lead our cross-functional commercial teams, and help us scale the crap out of our business across all channels.

In this role, you’ll be focused on defining a strategy that’s tailored to the unique needs of the AU market. You’ll take our company-wide objectives and translate them into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth locally. With your extensive experience across the Australian market, you’ll help level up our teams and push for faster decision-making, accountability, and results. It’s all about using local insights to accelerate our impact and drive sustainable growth.  

As the leader of this beloved brand, you’ll play a pivotal role in taking us to even greater heights. You’ll be the bridge between our local and global teams, ensuring alignment while fostering growth across the region.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

  • Leading the team to finalise our FY25 H2 regional plans, while already thinking ahead to the strategy for FY26 (which kicks off in July!)
  • Assessing our impact in retail so far & continue to evolve our strategy, proposition and approach to build the strongest retail partnerships in market
  • Steering a cross-functional group to devise plans that’ll turbocharge our existing customer experience and help us build even stronger brand loyalty 
  • Supporting the evolution of our product and pricing strategies
  • Providing guidance and support to a cross-functional team, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and others, helping them develop and execute a clear roadmap to hit our goals
  • Building a localised test-and-learn roadmap with hypotheses and success metrics, ensuring we’re maximising sustainable growth at every turn

You’re a true expert when it comes to the Australian market, and ideally, you’ve already made your mark as a General Manager. Your versatile skill set is complemented by your experience in leading diverse teams at different stages of their careers, and you know how to forge meaningful cross-functional relationships that drive results.

You’re at your best in a scale-up environment and have a proven track record of contributing to the growth stories of brands in the AU market. Whether you’ve led market expansions, accelerated product launches, or optimised team performance, you’ve been a driving force behind growth.

Your deep market knowledge empowers you to make data-driven decisions, set ambitious yet achievable goals, and develop holistic strategies that drive real impact. You know how to leverage customer, competitor, and market insights to shape growth strategies, always balancing bold ambitions with sustainable profitability.
