Do you have proven experience in consultative selling of software or SaaS solutions to medium and large enterprises?

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing go-to-market team. If you have an enterprise network, that's great! Regardless, our newly expanded marketing team will provide plenty of inbound and outbound leads.

The successful candidate will be a methodical relationship builder, leveraging insights from our client success and marketing teams to drive deal opportunities through the sales funnel. Content marketing is a key aspect of our sales approach, and we aim to always provide valuable advice and growth opportunities to prospects. We truly strive to enable our clients to meet their business goals.

This role has on-target-earnings (OTE) potential of over $200k annually with at least half of that in salary. We also motivate all of our employees with stock options in the company because we love sharing in each other's success.

Reporting to our Commercial Director and working alongside our Marketing and Account Management team, you will:

  • Drive LUX's new business (ARR, annual recurring revenue) growth by clearly articulating and demonstrating the commercial value of the LUX Customer Acquisition Platform for all sales qualified leads
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for prospects in your industries, maintaining multiple lines of communication throughout the entire sales cycle, from warm lead to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Take a consultative and prescriptive approach when developing solutions for prospects, providing recommendations that are based on strong reasoning and each prospect's unique business needs
  • Work closely with adjacent teams to develop and leverage a robust library of marketing collateral that nurtures and progresses leads through each stage of the sales funnel
  • Develop rapport with multiple stakeholders across each enterprise prospect's organisational chart, from C-Suite, VP, marketing, eCommerce and engineering/IT teams, building buy-in and champions for the LUX proposition
  • Become an industry expert in online customer acquisition for local and international online retailers and lead generation brands selling in a multitude of categories

You're perfect for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of consultative enterprise sales experience, particularly in software solutions or SaaS (Saas for eCommerce a bonus!)
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, either in-house or agency, viewed favorably as marketers are one of our primary target personas
  • Desire to educate prospects on LUX product benefits and how we're creating new ways of working for marketing professionals
  • Achieved high ranks for revenue generation in your current or prior sales roles
  • Natural presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects quickly
  • Proven experience building strategic relationships and selling enterprise-level SaaS solutions to C-Suite and senior-level decision-makers in retail and eCommerce
  • Experience selling innovative solutions and introducing new technical concepts to solve problems and generate growth
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to positively influence others, internally and externally
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and self-motivated in continuously learning and developing
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills and a full-time working visa for Australia
