As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for the preparation & lodgement of loan applications to a wide panel of funders within the asset & equipment & commercial & development industry.


In addition to this, your daily tasks will include:

Managing the loan application process from pre-application through to submission.

Delivering exceptional service when liaising with customers, lenders and referral partners.

Achieving monthly application targets within designated time frames.

Keeping our internal CRM up to date with application progression.

Ensuring compliance checklist are adhered too.

Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Contributing regularly to the development of new & improved processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a role as settlements officer or broker support officer position within Commercial or Residential ending
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-orientated individual who excels in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
  • Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
  • Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting.
