Shippit is on the lookout for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager. Your role will be to oversee the Sales operations of Sales and Customer Success business units and working hand-in-hand with Marketing and Finance.
Senior Revenue Operations Manager is a critical role to deliver our next phase of growth. In this high-impact role, you will lead the operations across all market segments with responsibilities spanning go-to-market definition, planning, refined processes, systems/technology, and data/analytics. You also will take a holistic lens across the full revenue funnel including Marketing, Insides Sales, and Enterprise/SMB Success to create a seamless and integrated customer journey and to actively identify levers to optimize our performance.
