Shippit is on the lookout for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager. Your role will be to oversee the Sales operations of Sales and Customer Success business units and working hand-in-hand with Marketing and Finance. 

Senior Revenue Operations Manager is a critical role to deliver our next phase of growth. In this high-impact role, you will lead the operations across all market segments with responsibilities spanning go-to-market definition, planning, refined processes, systems/technology, and data/analytics. You also will take a holistic lens across the full revenue funnel including Marketing, Insides Sales, and Enterprise/SMB Success to create a seamless and integrated customer journey and to actively identify levers to optimize our performance.

What will I do?

  • Lead operating rhythm including quarterly/annual planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and capacity planning
  • Apply market analytics and models to inform resource budgeting and capacity planning
  • Apply data-driven approach to optimize territory assignment and quota planning, in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance
  • Coordinate with Head of Market Development/Growth/Marketing to define the GTM strategy and operating plan inclusive of segmentation, routes to market, growth drivers, and strategic initiatives
  • Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, dashboards and technology while maintaining data hygiene
  • Create and implement cross-functional processes such as account segmentation, data management, territory management, lead-to-revenue, and channel operations
  • Own the models for productivity and team planning, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership based on these models and analyses
  • Create and drive key reporting to understand tracking to KPI’s, such as top deals, target accounts, forecasting, pipeline velocity, customer health and risk, quota attainment, renewals, churn, CAC, and other crucial metrics, with the ultimate goal of helping our Commercial Leadership continually improve go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with marketing operations to define, build and optimize our sales, CS and marketing technologies in order to drive efficiency, process improvement and campaign deployment
  • What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience in strategy & planning, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Marketing Ops, Financial planning
  • Deep understanding of Market Development strategy and operations
  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesise into clear, actionable insights with business impact
  • Strong “pulse” of external Revenue Operations landscape such as trends, best practices, KPI benchmarks, go-to-market models, and productivity levers
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
