What You’ll Be Doing

The Head of Marketing role reports directly to the Executive of Sales, Marketing and Performance and is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and e-commerce digital revenue target. Our technology is world first and this role will have the opportunity to try out new and innovative marketing techniques, especially around growth hacking.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Create effective marketing strategies in collaboration with the GTM and Product team to drive growth
  • Work with the exec team to create and execute growth hack strategies
  • Communicate key strategies and vision with stakeholders across the business
  • Manage budgets and report on team goals, including monthly metrics on leads and ARR generated, ROI, LTV, CAC.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns to generate and nurture leads. The team is lean: you’re expected to be hands-on and delve into campaign set up across multiple channels
  • Website development and CRO
  • Write compelling and high-performing copy
  • Oversea events and webinars
  • You’ll manage a high performing marketing team (currently 2 team members, however, this will expand as the company grows)
  • Research the latest marketing strategies and keep on top of competitor analyse to ensure Archistar has the competitive edge over other companies.


  • Track record of driving success in fast growth organisations.
  • Experience with using marketing and sales tech to enhance funnels
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for CRO, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing automations, PR and events
  • Proven experience in building a website engine that sells.
  • Strong marketing copywriting writing and communication skills.
  • You’re both a highly creative ‘big picture’ thinker but also process-driven and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Hands-on and relishes getting into the details of successful strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborative and team orientated
  • Ideally has experience in a scale up SAAS environment
  • Bonus points for previously implementing successful growth hacks.
