The Role

Bare is different to your traditional funeral director.  We look different, we talk different, what we offer is different.  Our marketing team is front and centre in delivering this message.  To support our growth, we're looking for a digital marketing manager to develop and implement digital growth strategies across the full breadth of the digital landscape - focused particularly on paid social, SEO and SEM - but including any other channel we can test and validate.

What would you do?

  • Work directly with the founders and our incoming Head of Marketing to define our channel strategy + channel budgets
  • End-to-end implementation and management of PPC campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads (with agency support), YouTube & Others
  • Directly manage large campaign budgets across multiple channels - including ongoing optimisation and refinement
  • Identify insights, trends and opportunities - and implementing as appropriate to improve overall digital performance
  • Explore new paid channels and work with our creative team to test (and if successful, scale) them
  • About you?

  • You have 3+ years of experience running paid marketing campaigns
  • You have strong and current knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads campaign management best practice
  • You have a curious mindset, and you love to test different ideas or ways of doing things
  • You are particularly analytical, and you seek to find evidence to backup your decisions
  • You don't mind taking some risks
