About the Opportunity

Are you looking to excel your career in Finance Analytics? Do you have a passion for delivering solutions based on data in a rapidly changing environment?

We are currently in search of a passionate Associate Analyst to join our Finance Analytics team, that is part of the Global Risk & Analytics team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in activities that relate to closing the gap between merchant product development and need for financial reporting.

Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions to measure the effectiveness of new business ideas
  • Work closely with Merchant Product Team
  • Business Partnering with stakeholders in both Australia and the US
  • SQL writing and interpreting
  • Support Finance Analytics Manager in ad hoc daily tasks

 

About You

  • You’re a graduate or junior data reporting specialist who’s had some experience in analytically driven roles
  • Degree / qualification in disciplines such as consulting, finance, analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (MicroStrategy) and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Comfort working with stakeholders globally
  • Great attention to detail and a can do attitude
  • You’re a team player, enjoy collaborating and achieving team goals
