About the role

We are now looking for an exceptional leader to help take the Partner Success organisation to the
next level.
Senior Manager, Partner Success will develop clear strategies and plans to facilitate the growth of key partners and build the right team to deliver extraordinary results.

In this role you will:

Develop Deep Understanding of vertical growth drivers
- Develop deeper understanding of category specific success drivers/activities
- Decide priority category focus, aligned to consumer segmentation
- Work with Product team to create scalable category-based offerings/solutions

Develop Zip’s Marketing and Merchandising Program
- Support launches of all new Managed Accounts, liaising with Product and Marketing
- Develop ongoing Merchandising and Marketing programs and capabilities
- Develop annual marketing calendars with largest accounts
- Facilitate scalable marketing support for the Top 120 ANZ partners

Driving Best Practice Implementation
- Develop best practice playbook undertake ongoing audit
- Promote on-going improvements to partner implementations to drive conversion
- Document case-studies working with support of sales enablement
- Develop upsell/Cross Sell strategies and plans for managed accounts

Driving efficiency with performance and reporting
- Develop and agree accurate financial forecasts with Finance
- Manage account teams targets and commission structures
- Drive account management discipline with robust processes
- Create and present team performance to executive team
- Optimise account management team structures/Accountabilities

People leadership, succession planning, Sales culture
- Lead, develop, motivate and coach the Partner Success team
- Develop strong succession plans and growth opportunities for accounts professionals
- Retain and grow our best talent

To help us level up, you'll bring:

  • 10+ years experience leading and managing a Sales/Growth functions
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, payments or technology businesses
  • Strategic thinking skills with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Inspirational leadership skills
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • Strong customer first ethic
  • Proven record of sales accomplishments within a diverse portfolio
  • Ability to collaborate with, influence persuade others
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within an organisation.
