As Sales Analyst will be responsible for managing a closed-loop lead management system. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and management. 

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup on a rapid growth trajectory. Depending on your interests and skills you will gain the knowledge and experience in areas that could set you up for success in a future product, operations or sales role. 

*Please note this role is a contract position with an initial duration of 3 months*

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process
  • Work closely with the sales teams to continuously improve the lead and sales management process
  • Nurture prospects and disseminate qualified leads to appropriate sales team members
  • Develop lists for outbound campaign management and coordinate mailing logistics
  • Manage CRM/Marketing Automation TechnologyRespond to, qualify, and track inbound leads and requestsMaintain the integrity of our customer database
  • Report on campaign results (i.e., email/postal campaign performance, lead activity and trackable sales)
  • You'll have

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to test and learn and the ability to be detail-oriented
  • A track record of successfully creating and implementing detailed business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Effective communication and presentation skills including an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people at all levels of a business organisation
  • Professional writing skills
  • A genuine interest and willingness to learn about crypto and NFTs
