We analyse large health care data sets (script claims, EMR, Registry, Insurance, Supply Chain, CRM) to provide real world evidence insights, improve medication utilisation and health outcomes.
Founded out of Sydney’s Cicada Innovations in 2012, Prospection works with government, pharmaceutical companies and the medical community across more than 70 therapy programs, including immuno-oncology, HIV and hepatitis, in Australia and Asia Pacific. Our software engineering team is highly experienced with web development, data warehouse design, big data, business intelligence, data ETL / integration, product development and tools for visualising data. Our engineers are able to work across the full breadth of these areas and drive many of the technology choices we make. Agility, Process, DevOps and CI/CD are highly valued tenets of our team.
The Software Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for the ongoing development of Prospection's data visualisation and insights products.
As a Software Engineer you will work closely with the Engineering Manager, and collaboratively with other engineers, data scientists and consultants on solution design, and development of application features. This includes:
