The Vendor Operations Coordinator is a critical link between our team, our warehouse & our suppliers facilitating an efficient & on time delivery process.

The key focus is on coordinating the Inbound logistics, Vendor Onboarding and Compliance. You will be responsible for building long term relationships with our vendors to drive collaboration & improvements.

You'll have strong organisation skills & have an eye for data, We are looking for someone to make this role their own. You'll need to be able to work autonomously & mange competing deadlines.

This role will work across both or HQ & DC locations and is a direct link with the DC team, this is a unique element to this role & facilitates great areas of opportunity when working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake KPI’s DIFOT, Tolerance, Extensions 
  • Coordinating the Inbound Logistics, Vendor Onboarding and Compliance for all new and existing vendors. 
  • Review, approve and coordinate deliveries into the DC
  • Proactively source new suppliers to suit product team requirements 
  • Screen & onboard new suppliers, managing performance through this process. 
  • Key POC for inbound freight with provider, sharing weekly forecasts
  • Provide education and support to our vendors to ensure they meet all agreed terms
  • Responsible for building long-term relationships with our vendors, ensuring our compliance standards are adhered to, and ensuring effective & accurate delivery of the product to our DC.
  • Have a continual focus on 100% operational alignment and visibility as to when deliveries are due, with what quantity, content and quality
  • Assist in the roll out of key procurement processes including but not limited to vendor agreements and supplier scoring
