THE ICONIC is hiring an Affiliate Coordinator to join the Partnerships team on a 12 month contract. The Affiliate team is responsible for driving revenue for the business, on a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) basis, with a network of publishers or affiliates. This coordinator will work closely with the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, and Senior Manager. 

What’s involved…

  • Responsible for administrative tasks associated with the Affiliate & Partnerships channel
  • Daily performance reporting and monitoring of channel
  • Assistance with Weekly performance reporting 
  • Assistance with Monthly/Quarterly performance reporting 
  • Regular communication with partners (eg. sharing best-selling products, ad-hoc reports, promotional activity, planning upcoming activity)
  • Keeping affiliate calendar and image library for partners up-to-date
  • Execute channel strategy as advised by Manager/Senior Manager
  • Bi-weekly/Monthly transaction inquiry processing
  • Setting up commission rates and managing bonus payments to partners
  • Assistance with invoicing process
  • Promo code set-up
  • Management of publisher applications, partner prospecting and onboarding of new affiliates

  • Affiliate and/or Partnerships experience welcomed, but not required
  • You are hungry to learn, and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • You are proactive and take initiative 
  • You have a strong communication style
  • You enjoy a fast pace feel comfortable asking questions
  • You have a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with time management and prioritisation
