What’s involved

Working in an agile environment on enterprise-level, high-quality software to support THE ICONIC as a leader in the online retail space, you will:

  • Be responsible for experience designing and configuring SAML SSO and other Identity Access Management related tools and systems
  • Integrate IAM systems with in-house applications, third party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources
  • Build and develop systems and processes to enforce least privilege in a transparent way
  • Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices
  • Develop and maintain an access management integration process detailing a technical integration template and procedure
  • Maintain and enact security and redundancy strategies working closely with the Senior Head of Security

Your skills, experience and capabilities will include:

  • 5+ years of experience building Identity & Access Management services or building IAM products 
  • 3+ years with Single Sign-on and Federation (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, ADFS, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, etc.)
  • Degree or equivalent in Systems or ICT engineering
  • Knowledge and experience with Identity Management solutions, Kerberos, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Encryption, PKI
  • Advanced knowledge on Windows and MAC OS
  • Able to work independently as well as on team projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Initiative and enthusiasm and the ability to identify and prioritise issues and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • A practical quick learner who is open to new challenges
  • Growth mind-set, we never stop learning!

Experience with the following will be a plus

  • Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security 
  • Ensure the effective and efficient operation and maintenance of the organisation's servers, firewalls and network IT infrastructure
  • Experience with OKTA integrating applications
