About Chuffed.org
We're a purpose-led crowdfunding platform that's amplifying the actions of ordinary people who are changing the world on issues like climate justice, Black Lives Matter and refugee rights.
To date we’ve helped raise $120M+ across 12,000 campaigns in 23 countries and are backed by Blackbird Ventures & the Telstra Foundation.
Our team has fought alongside the Wangan & Jagalingou Cultural Custodians to Stop Adani, helped The Farm Transparency Project to expose cruelty in Australian slaughterhouses and hosted the most significant climate change action groups across the world; Extinction Rebellion, Just Stop Oil, Last Generation and more.
Why Join Chuffed?
- You’ll spend your days helping drive donations to the most pressing progressive social issues in Australia
- You’ll work alongside an incredibly passionate team who care deeply about social justice
- You’ll experience unparallelled creative freedom. Dream up incredible content ideas and then deliver on them, fast.
- When you hit a winner, your content will be backed by the kind of budget that gets it in front of hundreds of thousands, or even millions, of people. Your mum will probably see it.
What you’ll do
As our Content Producer, you’ll be working with our Amplify Lead, to brainstorm, create and test high volumes of creative content for our paid social media campaigns.
Your content will be driving millions of dollars of donations to several different progressive campaigns - from animal rights to climate action to First Nations causes. You’ll be creating content that’s real, relatable and authentic - not the standard corporate non-profit fundraising you’re used to seeing.
You’ll be responsible for the whole process from brainstorming, producing, editing and delivery - and you’ll get to see the measurable impact of your work in days.
Here’s how you’ll spend your days:
- Creative brainstorming: You’ll collaborate with other team members to brainstorm content angles and messages that have a high potential to increase the reach and conversion of our paid ad campaigns
- Creating content: You’ll create a high volume of content to test during our weekly creative sprints - anything from video, stills, memes, UCG, text + image etc
- Analysing and iterating - you’ll work with the Amplify Lead to analyse content performance in order to iterate and build on winners and identify when new creative angles are needed
This is a 3 day per week role, working Tuesday to Thursday. This role is fully remote with the potential for occasional travel.
