What will I be doing?

  • Communicate system changes or maintenance activities effectively to impacted stakeholders 
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, endpoints, and databases
  • Identify system and or process improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to advocate for system enhancements
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
  • Recognise and prioritise system issues and changes that have a revenue or financial impact
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
  • Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
  • Ability to identify size and complexity of issues and or changes to our system/s and relate it to revenue or cost.
  • Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
  • Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
  • Create and review technical documentation such as procedural, instructional and operational guides and manuals, technical reports and specifications and maintenance of inventory systems
  • What do I need to Bring?

  • Experience across automation and manual testing
  • Testing experience across mobile and web applications
  • Worked in a cross-functional team with Software Engineers, Product Owners etc
  • Worked in a fully agile environment
  • Always learning something new and wants to work with the latest tech and tools
  • Scripting experience
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical people
  • Salary offer is:

  • $70,000 to $90,000
