What does it take to be a Noggin?
You’re a go getter, you’re adaptable and you like solving problems. You work with heart and authenticity.
You have a solid track record of hiring a variety of roles within a SaaS, Technology or Telco company, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your partnership style with stakeholders is one of trust, your job advertisements are compelling and attractive, you know how to attract talent using a variety of different platforms and networks and you’re passionate about being an active ambassador for the company providing our candidates with the best experience possible.
As you will be working with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will appreciate the importance of metrics and insights, effective communication and timely execution. We’re a tech company, so you’ll be enabled with systems and processes, all you need to do is be comfortable working with them.
What does success look like in this role?
By the 3-month mark, you will be fully conversant with our business, recruitment processes and which levers to pull to drive a successful hire.
After 6 months, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end recruitment at Noggin. Fundamentally, you'll be responsible for working with our hiring managers and Head of People to ensure that we hire the best and brightest and that we proactively pipeline for upcoming roles.
After 12-18 months, you'll have successfully hired a number of roles and you will have introduced some business / process improvements that enable us to continue to run a best practice hiring process.
