A little more detail on the role
A true generalist role! The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leaders across 99designs and serves as a partner to leaders on all things People. Your primary responsibility will be looking after the team in Australia and you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the People Operations folk in Germany, USA and other regions.
While you will have the support of the People team around you, you will be able to work independently and will be responsible for the full spectrum of People related matters across all areas of 99designs.

This opportunity is perfectly suited to someone who has experience working in a HR business partner capacity, preferably in a fast growth, technology environment. We’re looking for someone with a broad spectrum of HR advisory and partnering experience, including coaching and support to leaders across the business on all people matters; acting as an employee champion; assessing and anticipating HR related needs; communicating proactively within the People department and management, and developing and executing People programs and initiatives.
