We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a love for wine and a passion for great customer care to join our growing customer team. We are looking for someone to join us 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in a casual capacity.

 Your mission and key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing confident and competent first response contact for our Australian and international customers via all channels, including phone, email and live chat
  • Thorough and timely investigation, follow-up and resolution of customer queries and unforeseen circumstances
  • Liaising with couriers, warehouse staff and internal teams to resolve customer queries
  • Conveying and upholding Vinomofo’s credo in every interaction
  • Managing multiple administrative and customer support tasks at once
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience that always exceeds expectations

Wine interest and passion. You don't need to be an expert, but you should at least know a chardonnay from a shiraz.
