THE ICONIC is looking for a SEO Manager to join our Online Marketing team. We are looking for a professional individual with a passion and interest for digital online marketing, SEO, e-commerce and online fashion retail.

As SEO Manager, you will be working closely with our Head of SEO, paid performance and engagement marketing teams, as well as other cross-department stakeholders to help achieve our business goals. 

The candidate should have at least three years of professional SEO experience, have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn new things and have experience working within a professional business environment to effectively support strategies and initiatives that will contribute to the growth and success of SEO at THE ICONIC.

What’s involved…

  • Onsite optimisation – keyword optimisation of site-wide meta tags, title tags, header tags, descriptions, internal linking, HTML implementation etc.
  • Liaising with our technology team on CMS requests associated with SEO
  • Keyword research to identify keywords to target and trends for SEO purposes.
  • Content creation – liaising with internal content/production team for SEO related content creation requests, ensuring keyword optimised content from an SEO perspective across category, brand and product pages.
  • Keyword rankings monitoring & reporting. 
  • Competitor backlink, rankings and SEO analysis using various SEO tools/platforms, to benchmark against, identify opportunities, and ensure our SEO practises are market leading.
  • Regular backlink review and auditing to ensure a positive website reputation, as well as liaising with other channels such as SEM, PR, affiliates, and category management to provide insight into SEO and identify opportunities through common efforts.
  • Daily SEO audit of critical website elements to ensure any CMS updates do not inadvertently impact SEO negatively.

About you… 

  • Three or more years of professional SEO experience 
  • Be proficient across a variety of SEO tools including SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console and/or similar platforms
  • Have confident analytical skills and experience utilising Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have experience liaising with both internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve SEO goals
