As we continue to rapidly scale, there is an exciting opportunity to join our revenue operations team. Reporting to our head of revenue operations, this role will shape and run the commercial operating cadence and elevate our performance across all our GTM functions.

What you will do:

  • Own the half yearly budget and quarterly Sales, Customer Success and Account Management planning - including lead and capacity planning
  • Oversee our ability to track sales funnel, pipeline and operational metrics in a single consolidated view
  • Delivering weekly reporting and regular insights to the business to improve our GTM performance
  • Provide analytical thought leadership for GTM, delivering actionable insights to establish operational priorities and / or urgent change
  • Support the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our incentive programs
  • Develop related processes, policies and provide project leadership to impact business success and ensure our incentives drive results and motivate our teams
  • What you will bring:

  • Sales Operations, Analytics or Commercial Finance in a SaaS company
  • Ability to model for different GTM models
  • Excellent modelling skills, handling and analysing large data sets
  • Strong analytical, operational, and project management foundation
