Your Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering world-class go-to-market and sales enablement programs that delight our customers.We’re looking for someone who has experience within a similar go-to-market role and proven success in delivering winning strategies for inside sales and face-to-face sales teams.

How you will add value:

  • Take ownership for leading hipages go-to-market sales strategy
    • New product offerings: work closely with cross functional stakeholders as the sales lead to develop and implement strategies and material to test then scale new offerings to market
    • Existing product suite: work with sales leadership and other stakeholders to assess, execute and optimise existing sales enablement program
  • Work closely with product and marketing to drive optimal new and existing product and campaign development
    • Evolve, develop, execute, embed sales assets and customer facing collateral, case studies and pitch decks to support sales conversations and sales growth
    • Work closely with marketing on the roll out of new branding initiatives across all sales channels
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to become an expert in the trade industry to develop the sales enablement strategy for the business
    • Manage, develop and validate our ideal customer profiles, the competitive landscape and our unique value proposition to guide hipages sales strategy
    • Build and design of strategic thought leadership pieces / go to market initiatives, including monitoring trends to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to have a consistent narrative on industry topics in market

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in go-to-market program delivery, ideally within a similar technology business
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating effective sales enablement strategies, plans and programs for inside sales and face to face channels
  • Strong customer-focus coupled with a track record of translating customer needs into successful sales programs and message
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Exceptional content development skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Strategic and operational business planning skills

What success looks like in this role

In the first 3 months you will have:

  • You would have built a solid relationship with your key stakeholders and have a clear understanding of our products, sales capability and all of our existing sales processes, understand our budget assumptions and how our sales department works and interacts with other parts of the business.

In the first 6 months you will have

  • Buyer Personas / Ideal Customer Profile / Competitor advantage / buyers journey / Sales plan
  • GTM Strategy for our existing offering
  • This is where you have left your mark on the team. You would have tested new training methods, sales processes, and motivational techniques and found ways to improve the output of your teams. You would have exceeded all your budgets and be aiming to do even better over the next 6 months.
