About the role
Join Sonder as the Marketing Manager and drive the revolution in employee wellbeing through advanced technology. Your mission is to fuel Sonder's growth with digital campaigns and robust demand generation strategies
As our Marketing Manager, you'll lead efforts to achieve ambitious revenue targets by engaging and converting prospects. With expertise in B2B digital marketing, you'll craft impactful multi-channel campaigns that guide prospects through personalised journeys, showcasing our solutions' value through product insights, customer advocacy, and ROI metrics.
Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in B2B demand generation, adept at leveraging digital channels to influence buyer decisions and accelerate business growth. Your campaigns will help nurture opportunities and create demand for our solution, to educate our audiences and build credibility and trust with our brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Craft compelling webinars and events that generate demand and drive decisions in order to meet SQL and pipeline targets.
- Create demand gen funnels across our key channels: web, paid search, paid social, email.
- Leverage and feed into a monthly cadence of content (such as PR, webinars, events and case studies, product updates) to arm your campaigns with content that converts, owning the promotion of these activities and tailoring it to campaign requirements.
- Work with Hubspot CRM team to track and report on key metrics, with SQL and pipeline generated as the north star.
- Run campaign retros with relevant stakeholders (design, content and growth marketing teams) to better understand what’s working in the market, what’s resonating, and what’s not landing to continuously improve and focus efforts with increasing returns.
- Stay up to date with the latest demand gen trends and use guerrilla marketing tactics.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is passionate, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work every day. Above all else, you - the ideal candidate - will embody the Sonder values and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
What you bring to the team;
- Deep experience in B2B demand generation marketing methods including; personas, ICP, targeting & prioritisation. Ideally worked in SaaS marketing products.
- A track record of above-benchmark success for demand generation targets and revenue generation.
- A creative story teller able to independently research and plan multi-channel campaigns by collaborating to execute beautiful, striking and impactful campaigns.
- Proven ability to measure impact and ROI of campaigns on revenue targets.
- Experience running high impact webinars and events to generate net new opportunities.
- Experience working with sales teams to fine tune campaign messaging, is highly influential, and experienced with sales methodologies.
- Past experience leading; email campaigns, Linkedin campaigns, video campaigns, webinar driven campaigns.
- Passion and a desire to pushes the boundaries.
