What’s the opportunity? 

Tyro are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Channel Partnerships team, where you will drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within an assigned industry specialism.  

Key responsibilities include; 

Partner Ecosystem Development & Market Research:Identify, onboard, and foster strategic partnerships within the assigned industry vertical. Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. 

New Partner & Customer Acquisition: Engage in proactive prospecting and outreach through various channels to expand market presence. Craft compelling value propositions and presentations tailored to potential partners and customers

Client Relationship Management & Proposal Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. 

Market Analysis, Strategy Development & Execution: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and penetrate new markets with precision. 

Performance Tracking, Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales metrics and partnership performance. Deliver regular reports to senior management and collaborate with internal teams to align and support sales objectives. 

What you will bring:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry. 
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience in solution selling, with the ability to tailor products and services to meet specific client needs. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed; a valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle is advantageous.
