As the Vibe Manager, you will directly partner with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on all major office and culture projects and priorities, all whilst gaining an intimate insight into the core operations of one of Australia’s fastest-growing startups.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of managing the global Immutable workplace and coordinating key initiatives across the team. You will handle communications, facilities, events, logistics and so much more. You will drive employee onboarding, contribute to company culture and own effective and efficient processes to secure optimal outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to:
Own the workplace vibe! Make proposals and run initiatives that increase employee happinessManage office operations and coordinate company culture initiatives globally Take ownership of drafting and executing company slide decksPrioritise and follow up on action items between teamsOrganise meetings, offsites and all hands schedules Communicate and engage with third parties and external stakeholdersTake ownership of the office management organisational board and inboxDrive and maintain smooth administrative onboarding activities for all new startersTroubleshoot and assist with equipment and asset requests or issuesOrder and maintain workplace equipment and stockCoordinate events, logistics, suppliers and communications Handle anything that gets thrown your way!
2+ years experience as an office manager, team coordinator or similarDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects and prioritiesExcellent time management skills and a systematic approach to tasksA can-do attitude accompanied by a commitment to the tasks at handPrevious experience dealing with executives or senior managementAn ability and passion for building community and contributing to culture
