About the role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritise product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to develop product roadmaps, product requirements, and release plans.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer pain points and market opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.

Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business impact and customer feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and relevant.

You will be a great fit, if you have

2 + years of experience in product management.

Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Experience working with JIRA or other agile project management tools.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.

SQL and Data experience

Strong understanding of payments industry trends and technologies.

Previous experience in the fintech, finance or banking industry.
