About the role:

As Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with product leaders and development teams to ensure customer and commercial goals for the product are effectively translated into stories, epics and tasks that are delivered as part of your cross-functional team.

What you'll do:

  • Analysing and scoping specific opportunities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to fill gaps in understanding of stories, epics and tasks
  • Documenting stories, epics and tasks, including acceptance criteria
  • Grooming and prioritising the backlog
  • Providing day to day support for the cross-functional team in relation to questions, decisions of intent and scope, decision making and raising blockers with the Product Manager as required
  • What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role where you worked with agile cross-functional delivery teams
  • Experience in ensuring your Agile teams are confident in their ability to deliver the scope of the work for each sprint
  • Proven utilisation of your communication skills to be certain that customer and commercial goals for the product are effectively translated
  • Experience creating, maintaining and improving clear and easy to understand documentation
  • Strong skills in establishing relationships with a broad technical and non-technical stakeholder group and presenting your message in a concise and consistent manner
  • The ability to communicate risk, issues and mitigations quickly
  • The drive to continuously building your own skill set in an ever changing, innovative, global environment
