We are on the look-out for a highly energetic, multi-skilled proactive team member who is keen to roll their sleeves up to support our Co-CEO and Sales team. We are a dynamic start-up going through a period of massive growth with new, exciting clients coming on board rapidly. You are someone who enjoys doing a bit of everything, shows great initiative and thrives on dealing with a diverse and fast-changing to-do list. You will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and be able to work independently to get things done quickly and efficiently, while always thinking on your feet.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our Co-CEO with administrative tasks as required
  • Supporting our Sales Team to prepare for key client meetings including preparation of Sales Presentations (using Google Slides)
  • General office and team support and communication (and the odd bit of MS Office and Google Suite tech. support!)
  • Learning, gaining proficiency and leveraging the company’s external software (e.g. Hubspot, Asana, MIRO, Confluence etc.) as well as some of the basic internal tools of trade.
  • Diary management.
  • General support tasks as required.

You’re perfect for this role if you have/are:

  • Previous administration/ and or PA experience
  • Strong skills in MS Office and the Google suite
  • Digital native and enjoy working with a range of digital tools
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal and excellent attention to detail
  • Diary management experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A proactive and friendly attitude
  • Good spoken and written English language skills and a full-time Aussie working visa.
